Day 1

Manali – Sarchu – Brandy Nalla
Drive to Sarchu (3600 m) via Baralacha-La (4950 mt). Trek little ahead and camp at Brandy Nala – the start line of this trek.

Day 2

Brandy Nala – Jukta
A short trek towards Ligit plain. Day at leisure for acclimatize at Jukta. Overnight stay in tented camp.

Day 3

Jukta – Morangla base (3900m)
The trek is straightforward following the Beas river. After trekking for an hour, leave the river and trek till you reach the campsite at Morang-La base. Overnight camp.

Day 4

Morang La base – Morang La Pass (5300m) – Lun (4100m)
The trek may be a steep climb till Morang-La. After some rest at top, start descending on other side. The trek is steep down-hill within the beginning which later opens-up during a broad plateau. From this places the trek is gentle descent through many valleys till Lun. Overnight camp.

Day 5

Lun to Lungmo Che (4000m)
Start the trek along the river following it down-stream. on the way cross alittle village ‘Sangth’. you'll meet some Tibetan Nomadic groups on the way . Overnight camp.

Day 6

Lungmo Che – Yar La Pass (4970m) – Dat
Morning trek to cross Yar-Laa pass. The climb is long but gentle till top. Yar La offers fantastic view of Rupsu plains. Arrive Dat (4200 m) which may be a permanently inhabited village. Overnight camp.

Day 7

Dat – Sorra (4950m)
In the morning visit alittle Gelukpa monastery at Dat village. Later start trek to Sorra by crossing alittle river ” Dat Chu”. Trek till Sorra Chu and after crossing it the trek passes through forested area before reaching Sorra. Set-up camp along the river for overnight stay.

Day 8

Sorra – Zalung Karpo La (4200m)
Morning start trek with climb to alittle pass for about 1 hr. From now , you'll see Zalung Karpo La. After a while the valley opens-up. Overnight camp.

Day 9

Mid Camp – Langtan Chu (4750m) 7-8hrs
An early morning trek through valleys. today one has got to cross many small streams. The trek is gradual climb till you reach the camp site near Langtan Chu. Overnight camp.

Day 10

Langtau Chu – Nimaling (4700m)
Morning trek to Nimaling – enroute cross two ridges (5000 m & 5060 m). afterward cross Konka Wangpo pass (5090 m). Descend from the opposite side of the pass to high altitude pasture land of Nimaling. Overnight camp.

Day 11

Full day in Nimaling
spend the day at leisure or explore surroundings area. Nimaling is additionally the bottom camp for climbing Mt. Kang-Yatse (6400 m). Overnight camp.

Day 12

Nimaling – Kangmaru La (5100m) – Chogdo
Morning start climbing to Kongmaru-La. After a while at pass descend from the opposite side of the pass. The descend is steep within the beginning and gradual after an hour of trek before entering a narrow valley. At some stretch, the trek passes through very narrow gorge. The valley opens at Churkimo and tiny further is that the Chogdo. Overnight camp.

Day 13

Chogdo – Shang – Hemis – Leh
Trek till Shang Sumdo. From here drive to Hemis Monastery. Its one among the oldest & impressive monasteries of Ladakh. Visit the monastery and later drive to Leh.
